Paper vs Real

I received an event invite to my work email.  There was a picture of a very attractive woman and I started imagining myself approaching her etc. and I noticed my mind was starting to give her like 3-d dementions (not literally) but close.  I stopped myself and said "She's a piece of paper" she isn't real.   Porn warps our brain in a way that it try to give life and create connection to something that isn't real.   Even porn videos...it fake...its all fake.   We have to focus on our physically reality.
